We love the Condo, the hotel, the lovely town

Since it was my first time there, it would’ve been nice to have a Bellman follow us to show us how to get to the unit and help unload our car
Very easy to communicate with Andrew. We loved our little unit love the view. Love that you could use the resort. Amenities will definitely be back.

All was wonderful, as has been our experience staying in the villas several times before. Two tiny recommendations. 1. The cabinets in the kitchen need renewing, stain has worn off the wood in some areas. 2. Screens in windows need cleaning. All else is wonderful!
The comfort of the units!

I appreciate the Villa and L’Auberge connection with front desk, valet, maintenance, and housekeeping relationships. Gene’s weekly visits were helpful, and housekeeping and valet staff were ALL “above and beyond” during unit changes.

The shower design, with the sealed door on the same wall as the valve, is not ideal. No one wants to be hit with cold water. Drainage wise, the shower could use improvements as the floor was left with a puddle of water following my showers. There is a lot of noise from folks upstairs. Also, while the TV showed a channel guide, nothing could be selected.
Can't beat the location.

The tv service was atrocious. Difficult to use and a poor choice of viewing
