Kitchen supplies too limited. Need liquid dish soap. Need bar soap in bathroom. Need note paper in living room. Need pen in living room. Need TV operating instructions. Need general resort instructions. Need local ideas, ie: eating, shopping, touring. Screen door needs help (difficlt to move).

Pocket door needs maintenance. The door is very difficult to open and close.
There needs to be a lamp added to the master bedroom side table.
Need to replace the refrigerator as the light bulb is subject to get bumped while loading or unloading items.
Proximity to everything. Love the location

We loved the food on the lunch menu. Wanted the same lunch offerings but at dinner, lunch offerings were not available so we had to find another place. We love your lunch menu.
Also would have loved drink and food service out by the pool.

I inquired before I arrived and wanted confirmation that I wasn't going to be charged a resort fee and I wanted confirmation. I did not get a confirmation until I requested it a second time from Andrew.
Also, I went to the coffee klatch on Thursday, as on the calendar and no one showed up, including Andrew!! He was notified I was there and didn't even call to apologize for the no show.
Please respond to timeshare owners and all guests.
I have 3 Legacy timeshares and was curious about your resort which is why I went.
I surmised that the timeshare end of things are secondary.
Also, odd observation which was gross.
For at least 3 days there was a cloth finger sized bandage stuck on the concrete by the pool and no one ever pulled it up...eewww.

The valet staff was phenomenal, a great start to a vacation.

So when I checked in during the past, you had complementary water available. This time I was told there was no water available at the front desk and that there would be water in the room. This was not true. The front desk said that they would have the water delivered if the water was not in the room. I called to tell them that there was no water in the room. They said they would deliver water. They never deliver the water. I call back up and was confronted by the front desk personnel that said the water was for a guest of the hotel only. I found that this was very unsatisfactory. Thank you.

Since it was my first time there, it would’ve been nice to have a Bellman follow us to show us how to get to the unit and help unload our car
Very easy to communicate with Andrew. We loved our little unit love the view. Love that you could use the resort. Amenities will definitely be back.
