Within 72 hours of the submission of your claim, a Villa L’Auberge verify the lower rate, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screenshot) from you in order to confirm the lower online rate. Please keep copies of all documentation supporting your claim.
Upon verification of eligibility and documentation for your claim, Villa L’Auberge will send you a confirmation email notifying you that a refund and credit will be issued. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card account charged for the original booking. Villa L’Auberge courtesy credits will only be issued to the customer account under which the qualifying booking was confirmed and must be applied toward a reservation on Villa L’Auberge within one (1) year from date of issuance.
