8 Fall San Diego Events You Need to Add to Your To-Do List

As the crowds thin out in San Diego add these fun fall activities to your to-do list. From food and film to music and the arts, you have plenty to plan for this fall season:

Julian Apple Days Festival: September 23 – 24

Location: Julian, CA

In the mountains of San Diego County, is a quaint mountain town fun for all ages. Julian is famous for baked apple pies made from local apple orchards making for a delicious day and way to taste the history of Julian. It’s a special weekend that’s fun for the whole family. CRSSD Festival: September 30 – October 1

Location: Waterfront Park, San Diego

Cabrillo Festival: September 30

Location: Naval Base, Point Loma

Celebrate when 16th century explorer Juan Rodriguez Cabrillo landed in San Diego. This cultural festival is free and family friendly. Have fun with live music, dancing, children’s activities and foods of Native Americans, Mexico, Portugal and Spain, including a live reenactment of Cabrillo landing at Ballast Point!

Annual Pacific Beachfest : October 7

Location: Pacific Beach

This community driven festival is fun for the whole family and comes with a great view. Experience entertainment, arts and crafts, and food all along the board walk of Pacific Beach. There will also be sports including surf, skateboarding and volleyball competitions.

La Jolla Art & Wine Festival: October 7 – 8

Location: Girard Ave, La Jolla

This festival celebrates the arts for all ages and helps raise money for underfunded art, music, science, physical education and technology programs at local public elementary and middle schools.

Carlsbad Village Faire: November 5
